What is Panatrack CX?

Built on our Panatracker platform, Panatrack CX is specific for inventory and asset tracking targeting the medical device manufacturing industry. This is a cloud-based solution offered on an annual subscription and designed to provide full chain-of-custody visibility.

Panatrack CX includes a browser interface with dashboards and grid views to access inventory and asset data. Transactions can be completed from the browser or using the mobile app (available for Android and iOS) based on team role assignment. External access can be provided with view-only access and customer portals. 

We promote it!  Barcode data capture adds both accuracy and efficiency. Use existing barcodes representing lots and unique serial numbers. Panatrack can also work with you on strategies to add this additional level of tracking if needed. 

The mobile app is available for both Android and iOS devices. For scan-intensive processes, we recommend investing in devices with integrated barcode scanning. Most transactions can also be completed through a browser interface. Tethered and bluetooth scanners can added for efficiency. All transactions support look ups when barcodes are not available for scanning.  Panatrack is a reseller for mobile device hardware and can help you find the right device for your operation. 

Yes. Panatracker is SOC 2 Type II certified, meaning our security controls have been independently audited by a third party. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure with segregated customer databases.

Enterprise platforms are built for the large global manufacturers and come with same large price tag. These systems are designed for the most complex operation. Small to mid-size manufacturers often don’t need all the complex functionality and overhead of those systems. Panatrack CX provides great inventory and asset features at an affordable price point. 

Yes. CX handles the field inventory operations your other systems were not built for. Our API supports integration and synchronization requirements to financial or other systems when needed.
