Panatrack values customer and partner relationships and strives to deliver our solutions and services at a high level of satisfaction. As we continue to grow and add more customers, we discovered it became a challenge to maintain the level of follow up we wanted with both our new and existing customers. Fortunately for us, we found an outgoing person with an extreme passion for customer service that shares our same values in customer satisfaction. We welcome Barbi Kaminski to our Panatrack team.
As a Customer Success Manager, Barbi will become involved at the start of your project. She will be supporting our implementation team and become a training and ongoing support resource. Most importantly, she will periodically follow up with our customers to confirm that everything is running as expected. Barbi will not only interface with our end-users, but will also be another resource to our partners.
