Last week, Panatrack held its first-ever deep-dive partner training event for a few of our key partners. We were truly delighted to be joined by consultants from around the USA, Canada, Trinidad, and Dubai. The event was motivated by their desire to get a stronger understanding of the PanatrackerGP inventory and asset products. For three days, we dug into system architecture, extensibility, transaction training, use-cases, best-practices, project scoping, our sales process, support tips/tricks, and more. We even had a chance to have fun together in the evenings in downtown Milwaukee. (For the Wisconsin locals reading this…you just can't go wrong with the SafeHouse and a LakeFront Brewery tour. And thanks again to the InterContinental Hotel for helping us host our friends.)
This event was deeply rewarding for us here at Panatrack. It means a lot to us to have such strong support from these partners, and to hear the great things they are accomplishing for their customers when using our system. Hearing their stories of success left our team here energized and proud. We hope you learned as much from us as we did from you.
We know we had more partners that wanted to attend, and we plan to offer another partner-training event in a few months. However, like this event, we'll be keeping the next one small too.
