As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Panatrack has taken steps to ensure that we can continue to provide you with a high level of service while maintaining the health and safety of our team. As a provider of supply-chain and asset management software, many of our customers are playing a critical part in battling this pandemic, and we feel strongly regarding our role in their efforts.

Here is a brief summary of the steps we have taken:

  • We have protected our team by requesting our staff to work remotely. The infrastructure for this capability has long been in place to support inclement weather and remote workers.
  • Our internal business-critical systems are cloud based within highly trusted providers. We have reviewed their business continuity statements and deem our vulnerability minimal.
  • We have cancelled all non-essential travel until further notice. Since much of our consulting and support is typically performed via online means, the impact of these travel restrictions are small.

Although it's difficult to foresee all scenarios, our team expects that our normal business operations will continue without any significant interruption. We intend to maintain our community-leading support and service while moving forward with upcoming product releases and new features.

We realize that many of our clients are in the essential industries of medical care, labs, utilities, banking, manufacturing and distribution. We realize the surge of activity that many of our customers are experiencing and are prepared to assist. Our support and consulting teams stand ready to help, and additional barcode scanners remain available to help with surge needs.
