Your symbol mobile computers may encounter a difficulty when first connecting to wireless access points from other manufacturers. You may already have received an error when trying to set up a connection profile that states something similar to the following message: "The profile you are trying to connect to may not connect due to regulatory rules." Most notably, if you have a Cisco or Linksys access point and a Symbol mobile computer, you are probably encountering this trouble. The good news is that the fix is easy.
